To craft an impactful marketing campaign for Nike, I conducted a SWOT analysis to understand its market position. It revealed that Nike’s Move to Zero initiative, aimed at cleaning shorelines, lacked significant impact.
To address this, I recommended launching Ecostride, a footwear line made from recycled plastic bottles. Simultaneously, we would enhance the existing initiative by re-branding it as Move to Zero +, emphasizing Nike’s environmental commitment and leveraging the opportunity to bolster shoreline cleaning efforts.
